Shipping policy

We currently use Royal Mail as our courier of choice using tracked 48 delivery service. We appreciate you sometimes need your parcels sooner and if that is the case please contact us and we will be happy to quote you for tracked 24 service. All of our fabrics are cut and measured by hand and packaged and posted by hand, we aim to cut and package your parcel within 1-2 working days, this time is in addition to your chosen couriers delivery time. If you require an alternative service please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery for pre-order items will be outlined in the description for individual products. If we anticipate a delay this will be relayed to you as soon as possible. If your order contains items with different anticipated delivery dates, these items will be sent as one parcel once all items in the order are received. If you would like your items shipped separately, please ensure to place separate orders so the individual delivery costs are covered.
